Sindh High Court's observation regarding Dua Zahra's age will not be an obstacle: Written decision

 

KARACHI: The Supreme Court Karachi Registry has issued a written decision on the application for recovery of Dua Zahra and sending her to a shelter home.

Justice Sajjad Ali Shah of the Prem Court wrote the verdict in which it was said that the observation of the Sindh High Court regarding the age of Dua Zahra would not be an obstacle.

According to the verdict, Dua's father Mehdi Kazmi's lawyer told the court that if we were allowed to challenge the medical report, he would withdraw the petition. The court dismissed the petition on the withdrawal of the petition.
